We’re open Monday to Friday. 9am to 4.30pm. Close on Weekends and Public holidays.

Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. If you’re unable to come personally, you can authorise a friend, family member, or courier to collect your order on your behalf. Please ensure they bring:
- Your order confirmation email (printed or on their phone).
- The order number and name under which the order was placed.

We offer production-scale orders only. The minimum for
- mailing boxes is 3,000 pieces.
- Ziplock and self-adhesive cello bags start at 20,000 pieces.
- Poly mailers require at least 50,000 pieces.
These quantities help keep costs down and ensure quality.
What is the lead time for custom packaging orders?
Lead time is usually 4 to 6 weeks after order confirmation. This includes printing and production. It may vary based on design or order size. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process.
Can I include custom printing on my packaging?
