How do I determine the right size of bag for my product?
To select the correct bubble pouch bag size:
- Measure your product’s length, width, and depth, including any packaging.
- Add enough clearance so the item easily fits and the bubble bag seals properly.
- Choose a bubble bag size where your product can fit with minimal extra space (to reduce shifting).
For example, if your item is approximately 210 × 290 mm in footprint, the 215 × 300 mm bag may be appropriate. Also consider bubble thickness or additional padding if the product is very fragile.
