REFUND POLICY
At OZPACK.com.au, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We, therefore, recommend you read our Refund, Return and Repairs Policy prior to making a purchase from OZPACK.com.au Online. We seek to it that our customers are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and should know their rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you need to return a product, we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you.
RETURNS AND REPAIRS
- RETURNABLE ITEMS
We will accept
- Unwanted products in unused, unaltered condition with their original, undamaged packaging.
- Defective product for refund, credit or exchange.
Goods must be returned within the first fifteen (15) days from the day after the date of delivery. This timeframe may vary from product to product and may depend on the type of product you purchased and the price you paid.
If any product cannot be easily returned to us - because of their size or the fault - please contact our team at sales@OZPACK.com.au and we will try our best to assist you.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not accept returns on products that are used before.
Please contact our concerned team at sales@OZPACK.com.au for assistance with your return. You may also contact the OZPACK.com.au Store where you collected your goods, or where your goods were dispatched from, and a OZPACK.com.au staff member will assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact sales@OZPACK.com.au as soon as possible.
OZPACK.com.au will assess the situation and give a reasonable solution to the customer. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
Please NOTE: No signed goods returned will be accepted as damaged in transit if signed for the shipping company. Signing the delivery note means you have received the goods and they are in good working condition and take ownership for those goods. OZPACK.com.au will not be liable for these delivered goods once the delivery note signed.
Hence, we recommend you to immediately inspect any product that we deliver to you or that you collect from a OZPACK.com.au store, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be released by OZPACK.com.au store and will normally be processed within 7-10 business days. Refund will be via bank transfer, no matter what payment type is used.
