Dieline and digital proof

Once you're happy with the price, send artwork. We return a dieline and a digital proof. Nothing is made until you approve it.

03 · SAMPLE

Physical sample if you want one

Plain or printed samples are available at a small charge, worth it for new sizes or full-coverage print.

04 · DELIVER

Made in 4–6 weeks

Delivered to your door Australia-wide, or pick up free from our Silverwater warehouse.

Before you send

What is the minimum order?
Custom boxes start at 2,000 pcs. The minimum drops to 1,000 pcs for C flute (3.5 mm) boxes and for oversize boxes larger than our stock C flute cartons. The spec sheet on this page works this out for you as you go.
How long does it take?
You'll have a quote by email in 2–3 working days. Production is 4–6 weeks after you approve the proof, then delivery. If you have a hard date, put it in Step 5 and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
Can I get a sample before I commit?
Yes. A digital proof is free and always comes before production. Physical samples (plain or printed) are available for a small charge. Mention it in the notes and we'll include sample pricing in the quote.
What artwork do you need?
Vector logo (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) for one- or two-colour print; high-resolution artwork for full colour. If you only have a logo, we'll place it on the dieline for you and send a proof before anything is printed.
Which board should I choose?
E flute (1.5 mm) for light mailers and the sharpest print. B flute (2.5 mm) for most shipping cartons. C flute (3.5 mm) for heavier or fragile goods, with the best protection for the price. Double wall is available on request for very heavy freight, but C flute covers almost everything. Pick "Recommend for me" in Step 3 and we'll choose from your size and weight.
Can you print on one of your stock boxes instead?
Yes. Find the size in the Box Finder, enter it in Step 2 and say "stock size" in the notes. The same minimums apply.
Where do you deliver?
Australia-wide. Freight is quoted to your postcode. Pickup from 115 Silverwater Rd, Silverwater NSW 2128 is free.
