Yes. There's no cost and no obligation to buy anything.
Will you match my current supplier's price?
This is a packaging recommendation, not a price match. Boxes that look alike can use very different board, so we recommend on fit and strength first and tell you exactly what each item is made of.
What if you don't stock the right size?
We'll suggest the closest item we stock and what to pack around it. For boxes, we can quote a custom size from 2,000 pieces (1,000 for C flute boxes, kraft double-wall slotted cartons and oversize boxes). Custom satchels and bags have their own minimums, so just ask.
Do I need to send you my product?
No. Measurements are usually enough, and a photo helps. If we need more detail, we'll ask.
Can I try a box before ordering in bulk?
Yes. Order a sample of any recommended item first from Packaging Samples.
